Neutrals (neutral mixes of emulsifiers and thickening agents)


NORDPOL has always paid particular attention to enlarge its range of neutras for ice cream, useful ingredients for stabilizing, thickening and emulsifying the mixture to which they are added.

Neutras are mainly composed of accurately selected, tested, standardized raw materials, and are ideal for stabilizing both cream and fruit flavours, thus facilitating the preparation of a tasty, well-balanced batch-frozen ice cream (‘gelato mantecato’). These products are also employed to develop customized mixtures for artisanal laboratories, in order to provide our customers, more and more aware of the latest innovations in the field of artisan ice cream as regards ingredients, with a wide range of solutions able to meet even the most diverse needs.
